This plan is formulated to continuously improve the ability of college students to perform their duties and the adaptability of their posts, effectively carry out the construction of talent echelon, strengthen the company's talent pool, and comprehensively evaluate college students through job reporting, department evaluation and other forms.
1. Implementation principles
(1)The principle of attaching equal importance to morality and performance: multi-dimensional, multi perspective, comprehensive consideration of employees' personal qualities, ideas, abilities and achievements in work.
(2)The principle of fairness and justice: the evaluation and implementation process is open and transparent, based on facts, and speaks with results.
2. Evaluation method
Centralized reporting on work: organize college students to conduct centralized reporting on work, focusing on personal practice of corporate cultural values, job gains during the post, career planning and other aspects.
Evaluation by the employing department: the person in charge of the department where the college students belong shall evaluate the college students from the aspects of ideology and behavior, work attitude, professional skills, etc.
3. Implementation steps
(1)In August of each year, the Human Resources Department formulates the implementation plan for the assessment of college students' ability of this year and submits it to the General Manager's office meeting for approval before issuing it for implementation.
(2)College students complete the preparation of work report materials according to the requirements of the work report meeting.
(3)The Human Resources Department organizes the work report meeting and the evaluation of the employing department. The judges of the work report meeting give scores to evaluate the work report of college students, and the department head evaluates the comprehensive situation of college students.
(4)The Human Resources Department shall summarize and issue evaluation opinions, which shall be submitted to the General Manager's office meeting for approval before implementation.
4. Evaluation results and application
Comprehensive evaluation score=work report evaluation score+department evaluation score.
If the average score of comprehensive evaluation is ≥ 2 points, the evaluation is qualified (full score: 4 points).
After the assessment is qualified, make corresponding adjustments according to the assessment results.
