To encourage all employees of the company to actively participate in scientific and technological development and innovation, put forward reasonable suggestions, stimulate employees' self innovation vitality, enhance the company's core competitiveness with scientific and technological innovation, and promote the company's sound and rapid development. After study, it is decided to carry out the collection and review of scientific and technological achievements and papers of Jinfu Mining in 2022. The relevant matters are notified as follows.

1. Guiding ideology

Thoroughly implement the spirit of Vice Chairman Sun Li's speech on the work summary of Jinfu Mining in the first half of 2022, the spirit of the work conference on innovation driven high-quality development of state-owned enterprises in Shandong Province, and the relevant contents of the "Jinfu Mining Science and Technology Progress Award Measures". Professional technicians and managers of subsidiaries and departments are encouraged to submit scientific papers. The Production Technology Department will organize a professional review team to review the collected papers, publish the best ones at the summary meeting of scientific and technological work held in December and reward them, and push them to relevant institutions for publication.

2.4 Categories of papers：

（1）Technology R&D

① New product research and development, with international advanced level, domestic leading level, or fill in the company's technical gaps.

② Obtaining national recognized invention or utility model patent.

③ Popularization and application of new materials and technologies, digestion, absorption and innovation of imported technologies.

④ Suggestions for improvement of production technology, process flow and production tools that can improve production efficiency, increase output and enhance product quality.

⑥ Measures and methods for saving various main and auxiliary materials, energy, etc.

⑦ Solve the production defects, improve the modification plan, and avoid waste in the production process.

3. Activity Steps

Phase I: data declaration phase (August 31 - November 15)

All units should attach great importance to the work related to scientific and technological achievements and papers, and assign special personnel to supervise and urge the writing of papers. After the project materials are prepared, the subsidiary company shall fill in the Summary Form of Scientific and Technological Papers, and report the papers to the Suzhou Panzhihua Office of the Production Technology Department for collection, sorting, and preliminary review before November 15.

The second stage: review stage (November 15 - December 1)

The Production Technology Department shall organize a joint review of the projects that have passed the preliminary review and establish a jury, which shall finally determine the level and amount of rewards.

The third stage: summary and recognition stage (December 1 - December 30)

The company published and commended at the annual scientific and technological work conference, and promoted advanced scientific and technological innovation and experience practices throughout the company.

4. Personnel and organization

The relevant personnel allocation, organization and responsibilities of the Science and Technology Progress Award Review Committee in the Jinfu Mining Science and Technology Progress Award Measures are followed. Composition of the review committee:

5. Reward setting

The science and technology progress award, rationalization proposal award and excellent paper award are set up for this collection of scientific and technological achievements and papers, and are awarded by reference to the Measures for Science and Technology Progress Award of Shandong Jinfu Mining Co., Ltd. and the Measures for Management of Suggestions and Suggestions (Rationalization Proposal) of Shandong Jingu Holding Group Co., Ltd. (JG-02-XZ-016-1.0).

6. Activity requirements

(1) The number of filings by each subsidiary shall not be less than 5, and 2-3 for each department.
