At 15:00 on June 25, the emergency drill kicked off with Sun Zhiliang, the commander in chief, giving the order to stop production and evacuate personnel. The command department shall not use loudspeakers, telephones and walkie talkies to notify the personnel at all underground operation sites to immediately stop operation and evacuate the mine. After receiving the instructions, the personnel at all underground operation sites shall evacuate in an orderly and rapid manner under the leadership of the head of the mine and the safety officer. Within 20 minutes, all 16 people in the mine were safely evacuated from the mine to the surface meeting room, and the underground evacuation emergency drill was successful.
Sun Zhiliang, the commander in chief, held a drill summary meeting after all the downhole personnel were safely evacuated from the surface conference room. He said that this drill verified the feasibility and operability of the emergency plan, tested the ability of operators to respond to downhole emergencies, further improved the safety awareness of downhole operators, and achieved the desired results. While summing up the effect of this activity, he also put forward higher requirements for the future safety emergency management work: strengthen the staff emergency management training, constantly improve the staff's emergency response, self-protection and risk avoidance capabilities, and achieve the goal of "practice for prevention, prevention for war, and victory in war"; Establish a long-term mechanism and take the emergency plan drill as a daily work; Regularly organize drills, pay attention to actual results, and constantly improve the actual combat level.
