Shandong Jinyi Mining Co., Ltd. was established in October 2020. The mining area is located in Changyi City, Weifang, Shandong Province, with a registered capital of 115.5 million yuan and total assets of 1.282 billion yuan. The company covers an area of 230,000 square meters. It owns two mining rights of Lianhuashan Iron Mine and Dongxinzhuang Iron Mine, and one exploration right of deep and peripheral iron ore exploration in Dongxinzhuang-Lianhuashan Mining Area, Changyi City, Shandong Province. The reserves of stone are more than 87 million tons, and the current annual production capacity is 1 million tons per year. The company expects to complete the integration of two-in-one mining rights by the end of June 2023. After completion, the production capacity will reach 2.95 million tons/year of mining, 3.5 million tons/year of ore dressing, and 700,000 tons of iron concentrate powder per year.
