On the morning of November 15, the on-site inspection meeting for the safety production license of Dagaozhuang Iron Mine of Shandong Shengxin Mining Co., Ltd. was held. The meeting was presided over by Wang Xun of the Policy and Regulation Division of the Provincial Emergency Management Department, Wang Fei of the Provincial Non coal Mine Mountain Division, Wang Huimin and Xing Zhonghao of the Chief of the Emergency Management Bureau of Tai'an City, Peng Yansheng, the Director of the Emergency Management Bureau of Dongping County, Ma Wei, the Deputy Director of the Emergency Management Bureau, and Jin of the Mine Management Division. At the same time, the Provincial Emergency Management Office organized a verification team composed of five experts, namely Zhang Shengjun, Zhang Yushan, Xu Kunming, Wen Zengyi and Zhou Dunjun. After the meeting organized by the provincial emergency management department, the expert group jointly elected Zhang Shengjun as the leader of the inspection expert group. Zhang Shengjun put forward specific requirements for the contents and standards of this on-site inspection, and the evaluation company gave a comprehensive introduction to Shengxin Mining's safety facility design, six systems, lifting transportation, filling system, power supply and distribution, ventilation, water control and safety management; The inspection team shall consult relevant data according to relevant standards and regulations, and review the rectification proposed by the downhole safety facilities and completion acceptance expert group in groups. Finally, according to the on-site inspection, the expert group expressed their opinions in turn, and put forward specific opinions and rectification measures for the problems found in the evaluation report, on-site management and other aspects from their respective professional perspectives. After discussion, the expert group unanimously agreed that Shengxin Mining passed the on-site inspection of the safety production license and was qualified for production.
Leaders of emergency management bureaus at provincial, municipal and county levels spoke in turn, demanding that enterprises should pay attention to the problems found in on-site inspection, analyze the causes of the problems, find out the root causes of the problems, and achieve the goal of addressing the root causes. Li Naifu, manager of Shengxin Mining, made a final statement. He said that the problems found in the expert group's verification and the suggestions put forward were targeted and professional. Shengxin Mining accepted them with an open mind and attached great importance to them. It must organize relevant personnel to rectify according to the expert's requirements and obtain a safe production license at an early date.
