From October 14 to 15, the completion acceptance meeting of safety facilities of Dagaozhuang Iron Mine Mining Project of Shandong Shengxin Mining Co., Ltd. was held in Jinfu Mining. Seven technical experts in geology, mining, ventilation, electromechanical and other disciplines were invited to check and accept the completion of safety facilities of the mining project of Shengxin Mining. Sun Li, Vice Chairman of Jinfu Mining, Yu Xiaobing, General Manager; Wu Zhenkun, Deputy General Manager; Ma Hongyou, Deputy General Manager; Zhang Guangjin, Safety Director; Li Naifu, Shengxin Mining Manager; relevant professional technicians from construction, design, construction, supervision and evaluation units; Peng Yansheng, Director of Dongping County Emergency Management Bureau; Ma Wei, Deputy Director; Si Jin, Chief of Mining Section; and Shengxin Mining related technicians attended the meeting via video.
The acceptance meeting was presided over by Yu Xiaobing, the general manager (leader of the acceptance team), who introduced the leaders of the emergency management department who supervised and checked the acceptance activities and results, the members of the acceptance expert team, the leaders of the group company who participated in the meeting, and the relevant personnel.
Vice Chairman Sun Li made a speech on the completion acceptance. On behalf of all the staff of Jinfu Mining and Shengxin Mining, he thanked the leaders and experts who participated in the acceptance meeting and introduced the specific situation of Shengxin Mining. He hoped that the expert group would actively put forward valuable suggestions to promote the safe production of Shengxin Mining and Jinfu Mining to a higher level.
Subsequently, Shi Xin was selected as the leader of the expert group from the members of the expert group who participated in the completion acceptance; The construction unit, the design unit, the construction unit, the supervision unit and the evaluation unit respectively make detailed reports on the construction, design, construction, supervision and preparation of their safety facilities; The expert team leader divided the acceptance professional team. Yu Xiaobing, the general manager, Wu Zhenkun, and Ma Hongyou, the deputy general managers, led the professional teams to Shengxin Mining to conduct on-site inspection and acceptance of the safety facilities of the mining project of Dagaozhuang Iron Mine according to the requirements of the division of labor.
On the morning of the 15th, the summary meeting on the completion acceptance of the safety facilities of the mining project of Shengxin Mining Dagaozhuang Iron Mine was held. In the review stage of the meeting, the leader of the expert group puts forward questions and inquiries, and the construction, design, construction, supervision, testing units and evaluation institutions accept the experts' questions and answer them.
The experts expressed their opinions in turn, and put forward specific opinions and suggestions on the problems found in the evaluation report, site and management, etc. and the content to be supplemented from the aspect of professional acceptance.
Finally, according to relevant standards and regulations, the acceptance team inspected the site, consulted relevant materials, and carried out a comprehensive acceptance of the construction of safety facilities of the construction project. The expert team unanimously agreed to pass the completion acceptance of the safety facilities of the project.
The construction unit and acceptance evaluation unit shall rectify according to the opinions put forward by the expert group; After the evaluation unit confirms and evaluates the on-site rectification as qualified, it shall perform the relevant procedures for the acceptance of the project; Dongping County Emergency Management Bureau was invited to send personnel to supervise and check the acceptance process and results.
Li Naifu, manager of Shengxin Mining, made a final statement, saying that the problems found and suggestions put forward during the inspection were targeted and professional.
