In order to optimize the beneficiation system and improve the product quality, Xulou Mining invited experts from Maanshan Mining Institute and technicians from Shandong Huate Equipment Company to investigate the beneficiation process and production organization of the company on October 18 to help the enterprise find and solve various problems in the production process. Wang Ming, manager of Xulou Mining, Zhao Jiyin, senior engineer of Jinfu Mining Production Technology Department, Li Chuanying and relevant technicians participated in the investigation.
The investigation team inspected the magnetic field strength of the magnetic drum of the preconcentrator on site, inquired about the ore grinding amount, iron concentrate grade and equipment operation, and mastered the relevant data of production and operation. At the subsequent exchange meeting, both parties had in-depth exchanges on how to improve the grade of iron concentrate powder, reduce costs, and improve the effective operation rate of equipment. The investigation team put forward feasible technical optimization measures and cost reduction and efficiency increase work plan in combination with production and operation costs, which opened up ideas for the follow-up full load, high efficiency and low cost production of the concentrator.
