On the afternoon of April 21, the delegation arrived at Dongping Hongda Mining. The concentrator, filling station and - 320m level were observed on the spot successively. Everywhere, the members of the observation group inquired about the production process, equipment operation, the composition of each team and the water control situation in detail. At the symposium held later, Wu Zhenkun, the deputy general manager, summarized the observation and learning activity, and said that all subsidiaries should bring back good experience, good practices and good ideas, thoroughly investigate and identify existing problems and gaps, and complement weaknesses; It is necessary to further clarify ideas, strengthen measures, improve mechanisms, and improve on-site management and civilized production capacity and level.
In the afternoon of April 22, the delegation arrived at Linzi Hongda Mining Co., Ltd. to observe the concentrator and tailings workshop on the spot, and understand the equipment operation, raw material storage, etc. in detail.
On April 23, Vice Chairman Sun Li and General Manager Yu Xiaobing led a delegation to Jinding Mining to carry out observation and learning activities. At 8 o'clock in the morning, the inspection team arrived at Jinding Mining to hold a meeting. Wu Zhenkun, the deputy general manager, gave a brief introduction to the purpose, requirements, schedule and time nodes of the observation and learning activity. Later, Vice Chairman Sun Li and General Manager Yu Xiaobing led the delegation to observe Jinding Mining.
The observation group successively went to the dispatching control room and the unattended machine room of the mine for field observation and learning. Everywhere, the delegation inquired in detail about the construction of dual systems, the construction of smart mines, and the operation of equipment. In the dispatching control room, relevant staff of Jinding Mining respectively introduced the monitoring and dispatching system of the mine on the spot, and the observation group communicated and discussed with them. Vice Chairman Sun Li said that the next step is to achieve early warning of equipment failures through cloud configuration, visualization and 24-hour centralized monitoring of the whole mine equipment; At the same time, with the help of the comprehensive management and control platform for mine safety production, the real-time operation data of the safety production system, such as ventilation, drainage, power distribution, lifting transportation, personnel positioning, monitoring, communication and liaison, are collected to promote the transformation of safety production to fine coordination and intelligent management.
Later, Yu Xiaobing, General Manager, and Wu Zhenkun, Deputy General Manager led the delegation to the key areas of Jinding Mining, such as - 310m level central substation, tank waiting room, - 510m level ore bin, and crushing chamber. At 1 p.m., the delegation held an exchange meeting in Jinding Mining, and the main principals of each subsidiary made an exchange speech around the dual system construction, smart mine construction and the problems faced in the current production.
Yu Xiaobing, the general manager, said that we should take this observation and learning as an opportunity to find the right direction and the right way, and come up with practical plans through communication according to the problems encountered in the production of each mine; All subsidiaries should adapt measures to local conditions, combine their own characteristics, and seek breakthroughs and innovations on the basis of learning good experience and good practices. Do not copy; In the construction of smart mines, it is necessary to focus on key production links and important places, promote "mechanized personnel replacement, automation personnel reduction, intelligent unmanned", and improve the level of intrinsic safety based on the actual situation and on the premise of ensuring safety.
