Shandong Jinding Mining Co., Ltd. is an iron ore mining enterprise jointly launched by Shandong Jinling Mining Co., Ltd., Zibo Linzi Hongda Mining Co., Ltd. and Shandong Bureau of China Metallurgical Geology Administration in April 2001. The total geological reserves of Wangwangzhuang deposit mined by the company are 58 million tons, the designed annual production capacity is 2 million tons, and the average iron grade of the ore is 51.88%.

The company started construction in July 2002 and formed six systems of air pressure, ventilation, drainage, lifting, power supply and transportation at the end of 2005, which are qualified for ore drawing; In 2015, the production capacity was reached. Now, 6 open shafts, 2 blind shafts, 5 blind inclined shafts, 1474m main belt corridor and 5 stage levels have been formed, and more than 100000 meters of roadways have been developed.

At the beginning of the construction of the mine, the company insisted on a high starting point, high standards, starting from the key links such as planning, design, mining, transportation, strictly benchmarking the domestic first-class mines, and strive to build a new modern mine.

The company vigorously carries out the scientific and technological construction of strengthening safety, rejuvenating green with the goal of "replacing people by mechanization and reducing people by automation". The safe and reliable multi rope friction hoist is adopted for the underground hoisting system, and the power supply system adopts dual circuit and dual power supply; The underground drainage system adopts sectional relay type automatic drainage; 2m3 electric scraper is used for ore drawing, and 2m3 ore car is hauled by 10T electric locomotive for transportation; After crushing and dry magnetic separation, the mined ore is lifted to the surface ore bin by belt transportation. Drilling jumbo, remote control forklift, one-time blasting well completion, shotcrete anchor mesh combined support and other technical equipment were widely used. Through test comparison and research demonstration, the technology has made important progress in the optimization of multi-level stope layout, the optimization of room structure parameters, the optimization of medium and deep hole blasting parameters, the research of filling material ratio and the properties of filling body. At present, in order to make full use of mineral resources and achieve long-term safety, stable production and high yield, the company is conducting scientific research on the recovery and utilization of reserved pillars. At the same time, we will vigorously promote the application of new technologies and equipment for energy conservation and environmental protection. In addition to the use of advanced energy-saving centrifugal air compressors for air compressors, automatic water replenishment for frequency conversion technology by the production water system, DC speed regulation for elevators, and chopping speed regulation for electric locomotives, we will also rationally adjust the operation modes of the lifting, air supply, and drainage systems, and strictly implement energy conservation and consumption reduction measures such as peak and valley avoidance, load regulation, power saving, and balanced operation, Improve the level of economic operation.

"We also use LED energy-saving lights to illuminate the underground parking lot alleys, surface living areas and office areas, and the main transport roadways realize the intelligent control of the empty line of the motor frame. In recent years, with the increase of mining depth and the increase of power demand, the unit consumption per ton of mine has continued to decrease. In 2019, the total energy consumption was 3557 tons of standard coal, and the unit consumption per ton of mine was 1.78 kilograms of standard coal, a year-on-year decrease of more than 8%." Liu Zhongquan said.

In order to maximize the full development and utilization of resources, the company adheres to the principle of combining development and protection, and strives to achieve the unity of resource benefits, ecological benefits and enterprise benefits. According to the ore body occurrence and mining technical conditions, they mainly adopted the sublevel drilling stage room method for underground mining, followed by full tailings cemented filling after multiple inspections and scientific demonstration. By using this method, the recovery rate of the mine is increased from 78% to 86%, and the goaf is fully filled, which can save 150000 tons of resource reserves annually. At the same time, implement intensive mining, strictly control the tertiary ore volume, reduce the number of production rooms, improve the mining intensity, and reduce the mining ratio. The ore output of large hole ore room has increased from 20000 tons per month to 35000 tons, and that of medium and deep hole ore room has increased from 8000 tons per month to 20000 tons. Remote control scraper shall be popularized and applied underground to clean the dangerous and difficult stope, improve the recovery rate of corner ore body, and increase the output of 10000 to 20000 tons per mine room.

Cemented filling station is built on the surface, with a design annual filling capacity of 900000 cubic meters, an annual waste disposal capacity of 750000 tons, and a filling body strength of more than 3MPa. It is understood that by the end of 2019, 3.3 million cubic meters of glue had been filled and more than 2.4 million tons of tailings had been used.

3. Fulfill Environmental Protection Responsibility and Build Ecological Mining Area

"Our first break is in the underground. The tailings produced after crushing and roughing and the waste rocks produced in the mining process do not come out of the well and are directly used to fill the goaf." Liu Zhongquan said that the company's construction of a cementation filling station on the surface has not only effectively solved the problems of tailings discharge, stockpiling and land occupation of metallurgical and mineral processing enterprises, but also effectively saved the filling cost, protected the ecological environment, and realized economy The organic unity of ecological and social benefits.

For the domestic sewage that is difficult to use, they will use MBR intelligent buried integrated facilities after centralized treatment to make it meet the Class A discharge standard. After sedimentation, the underground mine water will be recycled for production, living, greening and irrigation instead of being discharged.

As for the details of the production process, the company insists on ecological priority and excellence. They completely closed the tailing belt conveyor gallery of the filling station, and installed dust screens and car washing pools in the tailing yard. All underground rock drilling operations shall be conducted in a wet manner. Complete dust collection, spraying and sprinkling facilities shall be installed at each loading and unloading, transfer and crushing site. Mobile dust-proof pipes and spray dust reduction facilities shall be used for dust removal in each lane, middle section and head-on. The implementation of these measures has created a good working environment for employees and effectively reduced mine dust pollution. In addition, they also used belt transportation to replace shaft and inclined shaft hoisting for underground ore, which realized continuous transportation, effectively reduced the number of underground operators, avoided dust and exhaust emissions caused by automobile transportation, and solved the problems of noise disturbing people and environmental pollution.
