My community is the earliest group of joint villas in Erenhot, which was completed in 2003 and has been living for 20 years. Although the house is old, the supporting facilities and green environment of the community are still very good. In front of the house, there is a small courtyard of 30 square meters, which can grow flowers and vegetables. In the yard, the landlord planted four apple trees, while we planted cucumber, tomato, pepper and other seasonal vegetables. Every day, in the sunset, weeding, fertilizing, pruning, watering, sprouting, blossoming, bearing fruit, and growing up... Finally, it is worth our efforts to become a delicious meal on the table.

I slowly walked on this beautiful path, blowing the cool wind, smelling the fragrance of trees and flowers, looking at the clouds in the sky, immersed in the Taoist dream of "heaven and earth are rooted with me, and everything is one with me", but temporarily stranded the troubles caused by "COVID-19" and the inconvenience caused by the closure of the city.

Walking, watching, thinking... I wandered to a "characteristic" elm tree. Visually, it is the same age as the community, and it must be 20 years old. The branches are curved, the trunk is no more than 6m high, the crown is no more than 5m, the ditch is 2cm deep, and the bark is chapped, like an old lady's face, with many folds and deep ditches, suggesting a bad living environment and the vicissitudes of life.

Erenhot City is located in the north of the motherland, facing Zamyn Uud City of Mongolia across the border. The two cities are 4.5 kilometers away from each other, belonging to continental monsoon climate and arid desert grassland climate. The spring is dry with little rain, and the winter is long and cold. With an altitude of 930 meters, the average annual temperature is 3.4 ℃, and the average annual precipitation is 142.2 mm (Note: Zibo has an altitude of 34 meters, the average annual temperature is 13.9 ℃, and the average annual precipitation is 650 mm). The soil is mostly sand and stone, and the fluoride and chloride ions are very high (PH value 8-10). The famous salt lake is just 20 kilometers away. It is cold and alkaline, and the wind is strong all the year round. Therefore, elms were selected in the early days of Erlian, and poplars were planted later.

The growth conditions are so bad, but the leaves of this elm tree are green and lush. Grass grows around the roots of the trees, and the tree crowns protect them from wind and light, making them thrive. What is more peculiar is that there is an unnamed vine like plant, like morning glory (let's call it rattan here), which grows around the tree. Although the tree is circled three times, and the height is less than half a meter, the leaves are very green and dense, and the vines are also very strong. They continue to grow upward with their heads sticking out. Maybe two months later, it will climb to the top of the tree, or fall down in the process of climbing, but it has been working hard. Day after day, year after year, elms and vines have been accompanying and growing. Maybe this vine died this year, but its seeds or roots will sprout next year. They will continue to accompany and grow old together.

Looking at elms and vines, I can't help thinking of the relationship between Jingu and me. Isn't that the same? Jingu is a tree, I am a vine. I remember a song saying, "Rattan can't leave a tree, no tree can't leave a vine.". I don't approve of this. You think if there is no grass and vines around the tree, it indicates that the living conditions here are very bad and it will not grow into a towering tree. Therefore, vines cannot leave trees, nor can trees leave vines. Only when Jingu has grown into a towering tree can we have a better dependence and a better future. Only when everyone provides more sunshine and nutrients for Jingu, can Jingu thrive. When Jingu grows, it will provide you and me with better protection and more returns.

The sudden COVID-19 epidemic has disrupted people's lives. At the same time, the rumors have turned into anxiety and anxiety, and I have personally realized that you and I are so close to the original epidemic

During my stay at home, I saw in the news that countless "rebels" in white coats went to the front line from all over the country. They wore thick protective clothing, masks and goggles, sweating, and were fully armed. They always bravely stood in the front line of the epidemic, blocking the terrible virus for us, and building protective walls. There are many Communists among them who devote their endless vision and support to the places where the epidemic is most serious. They are not afraid of viruses and volunteer to the front line. Is it not to let people's lives get back on track as soon as possible, or is it not to let social operation return to normal as soon as possible? So in March this year, I volunteered to join the front line of COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control and became a volunteer for epidemic prevention and control.

So far, I have participated in dozens of nucleic acid testing volunteer services, large and small, and what impressed me most was the first time. It was drizzling that day, and the sky was not bright enough. The volunteers in the stadium (nucleic acid testing site) had already stood. After dividing the responsible areas and assigning tasks, everyone began to work in an orderly manner to accumulate strength for the upcoming first round of nucleic acid testing for all staff. Several of us put on isolation protective clothing and carried out nucleic acid detection information registration training. Villagers began to queue up at a distance of one meter on the ground, and everything went on in an orderly manner. Where there is a need, there are volunteers who are "red" - older grandparents can't use mobile phones, and "red waistcoats" are patiently guiding. After more than ten hours of hard work, from five in the morning to four in the afternoon, I personally participated in this "war epidemic", which made me feel happy after making contributions to the epidemic resistance cause of my hometown with practical actions.

Whether in the deep winter or in the hot summer, whether in the dark or in the hot sun, there are always such a group of ordinary volunteers, from multiple rounds of nucleic acid detection to actively coordinating various assistance services, buying and delivering medicines for the elderly in urgent need of medicine, timely supplying vegetables, food and other necessities of life, and properly arranging the elderly apartments and people with mobility disabilities to provide door-to-door service and sampling, The basic living needs of Nanjin villagers have been effectively guaranteed. They have used their hard work to inject warmth into the prevention and control of the epidemic, making the help under the epidemic seem particularly thick and meaningful.

When I was a volunteer, I saw the village cadres' scrupulous dedication to their duties, the people's love to donate all kinds of materials, the selfless dedication of "Volunteer Red" in Nanjin Village, and the villagers' active cooperation. In each round of nucleic acid testing, we can see the village workers: prepare the materials needed for nucleic acid testing, pull up the warning line, set up tents, erect signboards, maintain order in the rain, popularize common sense of prevention and control to the residents, guide the villagers to complete nucleic acid testing and leave in an orderly manner, carry out large-area spraying and disinfection, etc. After that, there is also the aftercare work of the logistics personnel, regardless of day and night, cold and hot. Our government has also been very awesome, enabling the masses to enjoy the policy of epidemic prevention and relief, and issuing "Five Good Cities Enjoy High tech" government consumer coupons to meet the consumer demand of the masses; It also reduces the burden of market entities, reduces taxes and fees, and provides better and convenient government services.

The epidemic is not over yet, and the true meaning of volunteering is slowly realized by me now: "In fact, there have never been heroes from the sky, but only ordinary people who have come forward; no one is born brave, but just choose to be fearless." Yes! Thank you to all the people who protect our good life. Although there are bitter tears, the recognition of others and the thanks of the masses can drive the whole body tired and make the process difficult. Along the way, I have many excellent examples to learn from. They took the initiative to devote themselves to the front line and fight at the forefront. In the more than one year since he came to the company, he has successively worked and studied in Shengxin Mining Office, Group Science and Technology Department and Jinfu Mining Production Technology Department. Now I am in charge of the production plan and the acceptance of the shaft and roadway project in the Production Technology Department of Jinfu Mining.

When I came to the company, I just took over Shandong geology and mineral resources. I was arranged to practice in Shandong Shengxin Mining. When I thought about entering the mining area, I saw that the factory buildings were dilapidated and mottled, and weeds were overgrown. It was very bleak. At that time, I almost quit. But now look at Shengxin Mining's wide and tidy cement road, lush flower beds, smiling workers walking in a hurry, and the light yellow buildings look particularly fresh against the green grass and trees around. I have to sigh that under the leadership of the group leaders, the company is really rising like the sun.

"I think the best way to deal with inflation is your talent. If you are strong enough, no matter what happens, your talent will not run away," Buffett said at the shareholders' meeting. In Shengxin Mining, Manager Sun Wentao told me that "learning more is your own", and ability is the strength you can't take away. This is an era of rapid change. New knowledge and skills are emerging every day. We must learn quickly in a good state of learning, whether extensive or profound.

I am now in the Planning and Technology Section of the Production Technology Department, responsible for sorting out and summarizing the plans and summaries of nine companies under Jinfu Mining. When I came to the new department in January, I was in a hurry because of the monthly summary plan. At that time, I thought it was necessary. It was useless to increase the output of each company. However, during the six months of work, it is increasingly felt that this is very necessary, and the plan has a special position and role in management. "Everything should be prepared before it is done, and nothing should be done before it is done". Without rules and regulations, plans are the premise of work implementation. If there is no plan, it will change every day and do whatever you want. Only by formulating an overall goal plan and focusing on the overall goal, can work be achieved orderly and in stages.

It is a very simple saying of the older generation that "you can't afford to eat, wear and be poor until you can count on it". Not only does the company need to formulate a complete strategic plan and a complete production and operation plan, but also it must have its own goal planning in life. What do you really want? What can I do? How to finally realize their wishes through efforts? The reason why life planning is important is that it clearly lets you know why you are striving, what your current position in life is, what kind of efforts you can make, and what kind of goals and heights you can reach in the future. I am on such a good platform as Jingu. What I can do now is to do my own job well. I can humbly consult the previous generations to improve my knowledge, strive to be better, and work towards the goal!

I remember the first time I went down to the well for inspection and acceptance. The leaders told me again and again about the work items that I needed to pay attention to when they saw that I was young and had no downhole work experience. At that time, they really raised their ears and listened carefully for fear of neglecting any important explanation. When I just got out of the cage and looked at the rusty and yellow shaking table equipment, I felt nervous at the bottom of my heart. But when I looked up and saw the sign with the level of - 320m, I was curious and refreshed. After stepping into the spacious and bright transportation lane, I saw flat dirt road, straight track, and the tramcar sending sparks with overhead lines from time to time. Each step deeply shocked my soul. It takes about five or six kilometers to walk from the cage to all the places we need to check and accept, turn on the miner's lamp, and face the new things around after the leaders. When it is necessary to climb the shaft to the - 312m level, I am afraid that the - 85 ° ladder needs to be climbed down with bare hands without protective measures. But I think that since I want to learn, everything needs to be experienced. For me, it may only be a ladder that I climb several times in a month, but for my colleagues in subsidiaries and mining workers, they climb almost every day, so I summoned the courage to climb under the guidance of the leadership. After reaching the level of - 312m, it is quite different from that seen in the main lane. In the wide working face, the workers are busy drilling, shotcreting, bolting, hanging anchor mesh, and cleaning slag. When watching the forklift transport the ore to the chute, I have to lament that this is a miracle, too shocking.

During the excavation acceptance at the - 312m level, I watched my colleagues carefully carry out the project acceptance with a steel tape and a range finder. I thought it was a simple job, and I immediately said, "I will do it!" When I finished measuring, the leader jokingly said to me, "Have you met the design specification?" I was confused: What is the design specification? In fact, we have to humbly consult the previous generations when we work! When accepting the shotcrete, I looked at the verification holes left by the construction company. I knew that it was necessary to measure the thickness to see if it was qualified. I carefully observed the construction interface of the verification hole, but could not find the boundary between the shotcrete and the rock in the borehole. At this time, the colleague of the subsidiary company took a water bottle, poured some water into it and wiped it. It was clear at once. I felt that I still had a lot to learn. Back to the company, I learned from scratch with books. With the guidance and help of leaders and colleagues, I learned and consolidated the relevant knowledge of roadway excavation, mining, filling and engineering surveying, and understood the role and construction methods of tunnel blasting cut holes, auxiliary holes and peripheral holes; How to set the center line, waist line and orientation in the well is clarified; Keep the design specifications and requirements in mind for the construction plans submitted by the subsidiaries; Be familiar with construction design, construction operation specification and other design data. In the future work and study, we should also modestly learn from the previous generations, and firmly grasp the knowledge of downhole operation in combination with books and practice.

Since I came to Shandong Jinfu Mining, I have gradually grown from an ignorant and confused student to a qualified employee, completing an important transition in my life. During the past six months in the Production Technology Department, I cannot do without the care and help of leaders and colleagues. During the period of graduation work, I deeply realized that in a collective that stresses learning, innovation and unity, in such an atmosphere, only by being strict with oneself, active, and hardworking can we better integrate into the collective.
