Once upon a time, the spirit of being the master of the country shone brightly on the land of China. Taking the unit as home is not an empty slogan, but a model of the times, which has been practiced for us. Wang Jinxi, an iron man in Daqing, once said, "It is better to live 20 years less than to win the big oil field". It is precisely because of the selfless dedication of the iron people that Daqing Oilfield, the largest oil field in China by far, was born. The pioneers and builders of the new era really regard the unit as their home, and will not hesitate to sacrifice their lives for it. It is thanks to Wang Jinxi, Shi Chuanxiang, Zhang Binggui, Li Suli, etc., who set an example for us in the new era, that we have a positive spiritual outlook and ideological coordinates in the new era.

With the rapid development of social economy, no one seems to talk about the spirit of ownership. The enterprise is owned by the boss, and the employees work for a part-time job. The labor relationship has become a contract, which can be broken down if there is no agreement. Employees no longer have a sense of belonging, let alone a sense of ownership, and are ready to change jobs at any time. This has something to do with the reform of the economic system. It turns out that in the era of purely planned economy, entering a unit means a lifetime. The housing unit is allocated, the unit has a nursery, and people do not want to resign. Even if there is no object, the unit will help solve the problem. People also generally have a sense of belonging and feel that the unit is their home. At that time, people's sense of ownership was booming.

With the reform of the economic system and the coexistence of planning and market, great changes have taken place in the world. Some things of the planning system no longer exist. Now it is more a contractual relationship, which seems to maintain the interests of both labor and management. Few employees feel that they have a sense of ownership in the unit, and of course, they will not have some actions and contributions of ownership. Enterprises have also been criticizing employee loyalty.

Personally, I think that any intimacy and harmony in the relationship is the result of the joint efforts of both sides. First of all, enterprises should show their own attitude, people-oriented, not empty slogans, and implement them. At the same time of maintaining the development of the enterprise, take into account the personal interests of employees, fundamentally solve the worries of employees from a strategic perspective, and let employees have a genuine sense of belonging. Secondly, it is necessary for employees to establish the idea of ownership in the new era. Only the real idea of ownership can enable us to make sincere, active and selfless contributions in our work. Active and spontaneous work is very different from passive and forced work in terms of efficiency and results. The real home is based on the unit, with the idea of being the master in mind, and the spirit is also different: the heart is full, the work is solid, the thought is healthy, positive, and there is a sense of superiority and happiness.

As a post-70s person, I just started to work in a state-owned enterprise and experienced that era. Ideologically, it also bears the imprint of that era. At that time, I really felt that the unit was my home, and also my sincere contribution to the unit. Later, with the reform of the economic system and the development of the market economy, I became a family of laid-off workers in state-owned enterprises, and I have no sense of belonging since then. Later, I never said where I worked, but only where I worked.

Since joining the Jingu Group in October last year, I have experienced the sense of belonging that I have not seen for a long time.
